TEEN MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS

When: Mondays

May 6, 13 & 20

Where: Hood River Library

(downstairs conference Room)

Time: 4-5pm

Who: 6-8th Grade Teens, All genders

This class brings teens together to explore how yoga can help them better understand and appreciate their changing bodies, relationships, and life on and off the mat. Yoga can help teens move through these often-challenging years and emerge with healthy ways to address stress and find balance.
