offer sessions intertwining yoga, movement and mindfulness for teens and kids in the Columbia River Gorge and beyond.
Our sessions incorporate joyful, confidence building movement along with activities that encourage positive self talk, tools to practice better concentration, relaxation methods and a safe space to be open and received for who you are. We believe in community, and invite teens to not only explore connection with themselves but also with others and our planet.

We will be practicing the many ways yoga brings us calm, strength, laughter and a sense of the bigger community we are a part of. Camp location allows us to explore connection with the outdoors as well.

The "Be Sessions" are Teen focused classes that provide students with tools to manage busy schedules and stresses that come with every day life along with
fun & engaging practices getting to know oneself physically, emotionally and mentally.

IMAGINATION YOGA FOR KIDS
Inspiring Kids to Move
Children are introduced to yoga using themed adventures and imaginative associations that capture their attention, invoke their imaginations and get their bodies moving. These 45 minute sessions are fun, innovative, creative, and nurturing experiences for children.
Imagination Yoga, designed for kids ages 3-12, teaches joyful movement with an emphasis on concepts like: calm, kindness, compassion, concentration, and relaxation.
IMAGINATION YOGA IN THE SCHOOLS
A Program of Culture Seed
Children are introduced to yoga using themed adventures and imaginative associations that capture their attention, invoke their imaginations and get their bodies moving. We offer 2 curriculums to elementary educators: 1 on yoga mats outside the contained classroom as well as in-classroom sessions. Outside the classroom we establish a routine with breath work and body moving games. We then take students on an adventure that allows us to incorporate a variety of yoga poses. Our Classroom sessions focus on yoga poses and calming techniques that are easy for kids to do at or along side their desks. Teachers participate and learn calming tools that they can use everyday! Flow of Movement
Please contact us to discuss bringing mindfulness and yoga to your Middle School or High School. We offer classes both during and after school hours.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Marianne Brevard has been practicing yoga 10 years. Certified in Teen Yoga and Imagination Yoga, Marianne brings a fun and light-hearted approach to classes for kids in all age groups. Her desire to share techniques for deeper breathing can help students find focus and open up space in their hearts and minds.
Marge Gale has been practicing joyful movement most of her life. She's certified as a K-8 classroom teacher, a Teen Yoga Instructor and an Imagination Yoga instructor with PreK-5th graders. She fell in love with yoga as a consistent practice 5 years ago and began to feel the positive effects both on and off the mat physically, mentally, and emotionally. She is passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness skills with kids and teens, who are challenged in an overstimulating,
stress-filled world. She sprinkles in a positive, playful attitude to engage kids and teens to feel safe and free to be themselves.
